Five years was a long time. There is still a chair to fill. Frank Lampard's link, on the latest reporting, has gone cold ("I'm Coventry manager," he told reporters, "I'm enjoying our moment"). Arne Slot, sacked by Liverpool in May, has been added to the Fulham shortlist on TeamTalk's reporting. The names below are the names as they currently stand. Two front runners. Three credible alternatives. Three wild cards on the bookmaker boards. Four already off the board. The numbers below are decimal odds, where 2.50 is the favourite. They will keep moving.
